Ready, Steady, Bake!

The following 4 weekends, I test my recipes over the weekends, I will be focusing on creations for 2 competitions.

Tomorrow I will be baking a Pumpkin Pecan Nut Cupcake with Cream Cheese Frosting and will also give chocolate decorations a try in the form of caramel chocolate snowflakes. Keeping in the spirit of Southern Hemisphere's Winter!
